Very friendly staff; The room was clean and comfortable; The hotel is located nearby(5 mins walk) line 8 and 7; with direct bus (easy to navigate for foreigners) to the museum and main shopping centre. The area was quiet and safe too. The breakfast (though I would love to have more options) met the key expectations, with good fruit options, bread, hams and coffee & tea; I was travelling on my own, so pleased that they offer single room with reasonable price; Will definitely recommend this hotel

the room was big enough for me. There were shampoo and conditioner in the shower. There were also other bits like toothbrush which are a plus. The breakfast was continental but with an Spanish touch. The reception staff were really helpfull when I lost my room card. The hotel is in a nice area and quite close to a supermarket and the metro (less than 200 meters)

The staff’s attention and kindness. I also asked them to leave a note on our room to surprise my boyfriend and they even surprised me on how good it was. The room was okay, smaller than I imagined but fine. Overall a 4/5 since I wasn’t planning to spend much time there, really just to sleep.

We liked the location of the hotel, it's in the city limit yet not as busy and noisy as in the very center area of Madrid. Restaurants are close by within walking distance. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy. We had our dog with us, she was given a dog bed and a bowl for her comfort as well.

The room is of a very good size with double windows for extra silence. The location is convenient and in a calm street. The breakfast is the best: a very complete buffet, constant reposition and cleaning by a large and friendly staff.

The room was nice, the bed was comfy, bathroom clean and fully equipped. Aircon was working, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Checkout was online and it's at noon so you have plenty of time.

Nice spacious room with comfortable bed. Shower and bathroom were clean and spacious. I stayed at the end of the hall so very little noise from the other guests. Metro station 3min away so very easy to get to the airport or city centre.

Close to Metro, 25mins walk to Real Madrid. Short walk to the Natural History Museum

It was clean, you have around everything thing you need. Good breakfast, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful. I loved my stay
